Posting to Hentai Foundry soon and I need some direction

I'm going to be posting to Hentai Foundry soon, and I need to get my head into doing stand alone illustrations for that audience. While they have room for original content over there, the main thing they do is parodies of cartoon and video game characters. I'd like to try doing parodies of existing characters since I've done so little of that before.

I'm kind of out of the loop in terms of contemporary interests these days, and I want to stay away from the usual Jessica Rabbit and Powergirl kind of thing since I think those are getting pretty long in the tooth.
So lay some suggestions on me as to what might make good subject matter for this endeavor.

  1. The Legend of Korra is currently on its 4th season, with the finale airing in two weeks. I'm sure that would draw quite a bit of attention if you the characters in your style.
Mass Effect might also be something you want to look into. Despite how the last game turned out, people are still interested in the characters.

  2. Not sure if you'll remember me, but I used to go by Vuki/Exofluke. We used to chat back in the day, but after switching Alias', my contacts became a little lost. Heck, you still have a banner of my old site (Star Gidian). Feel free to take that down, btw. =P

Anyways, point being is I'm a mod at HF since recent years and have been a member there for a very long time. If I recall, didn't I suggest you try posting at HF?

To answer your question though, Powergirl and Jessica are still much appreciated over there. Practically anything parody can work, it's just a matter of what genre & fetish you decide on. I'd say your general line of work would be highly welcomed. Whether it's horror, terror and non-consensual or something more tame. Even the ISM stuff would fly. Just make it well known heroine characters and viola.

Ultimately, please yourself more than us. Don't focus on what drives us, cause that'll lead you to a very sporadic outcome.
